Artifacts hava a chance to drop exceptional

    This one i am waiting for a time already. Since we can now enchant artifacts it will be good if they can drop as exceptional like the crafted ones.

    I'm sure the Devs are already having a problem keeping player power in check. Putting more durability on Artifacts that can be enchanted will make them way overpowered. Some items still can't be enchanted, such as the Sage Sash, mainly because this item already gives +20 INT, -15 STR, -15 DEX. Being able to fit 4 Enchants on them could seriously lower those STR/DEX penalties, causing power imbalances.
