    1. Title: Artifacts start with very low durability from bundles
    2. Reproduction Rate: varies
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Please see attached screen shot of ring of the mouse gotten from a yellow bundle and starting with 4/50 durability
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Open bundles and get artifacts to drop
    6. User Specs:
      OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
      CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 32669
      GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN X GPU RAM: 12238
      SotA.Win.64.759.Date.04.02.18

    @Flair AFAIK that is RNG-sus
    I also had artifacts dropping out of bundles with much higher dur and really low dur

    After artifacts only became repairable using essence - Chris adjusted the initial drop durability to be at least 50 % or so - @Tazar also experienced this.
