[As Designed] door here doesn't open and wall lamp on right side can't be interacted with

    Door might be intended - since this is like Chillblain's - but some visual message letting the player know that when trying to use the door would be nice.

    i'm gonna take a guess and say the light is set to go on when the door open, like the skull eyes in chillblain's

    This is intentional. Most of the doors are controlled by the wave battle in the scene. When you finish a wave, you'll open up the "next area" and "previous area" doors to that area, but you'll possibly also open up shortcut doors that can help you and your friends move through the castle. Also, lamps next to most "next area" doors will light up with a blue light to help direct players to the next area. Like Alley Oop guessed, they have similar functionality to the skulls in the Compendium of Pain and Suffering.
