[As Designed] Innate skills' rise is not always tied to an associated active skill

    Details: Shot a cow with a bow - "Train Summon Pet Health" levelled up to 5. The only pets I do have are the two mini-elementals (air and earth) and the chest mimic which were rewards. I never tamed a pet, I do not have a horse and I have not learned yet any of the spells to summon a combat elemental.

    As far as I understnd it skills should rise when something related to them happens. However there are always prerequisites to skills (e.g. the spinning attack from the polearm school does not only have Puncture level 40 as requirement, but in addition: Equipment Polearm),

    Just like that should the mounted proficiencys only train when a player owns a mount, the pet proficiencies when a player has a pet that can benefit from the skill.

    as designed. some innate skills don't HAVE an associated active skill to tie them to, or to do so would be overly burdensome.
