    Details: Materials used to craft a cloak are not being applied to the cloaks stats.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    Craft a cloak using various materials, bindings etc.
    Check the stats for the cloak.

    I suppose it's not much help, but this was confirmed "as designed" in one of the live streams in the mid R70s-R80s as I recall. Someone who remembers better might be able to point the the exact stream.

    It's very unintuitive and makes players waste special resources since the crafting stations still allow the use of various materials. Very poor design choice.
