[As Designed] Post and Rope Water Fence cannot be placed on new Piers

    Title: Post and Rope Water Fence cannot be placed on new Piers

    Details: The crafted post and rope water fence pieces cannot be placed on the new piers (Wooden Pier, Wooden Pier with Ladder), but they can be placed on the static docks in the POT and on the docks of a water lot. This is also true for the Ornate Post and Rope Water Fence pieces purchased in the Crown shop.
    Steps to Reproduce: Place Wooden Pier and Wooden Pier with Ladder on POT water or a lot you own. Try to place either type of post and rope fence on the pier.

    not a bug. fences in general are set for ground and exterior floors only. the rope fences are already special with a flag for water. changing that would be a wishlist request.
