    Title: The 2 Palomino Horses in Castle Atos cannot be tamed
    Reproduction Rate:

    Details: I attempted to tame the 2 Palomino Horses in Castle Atos but when selected and have collars and have taming necklace equipped, the Tame Creature glyph will never show available (it stays greyed out). I then went to Highvale Outskirts and could tame the Palomino Horse there.
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to tame either Palomino Horse in Castle Atos. The Tame Creature glyph will never be showing as available.

    this applies to the bay foal at the stable as well. ...also to the local cats (for instance by the crafting pavilion) and the chickens at the training yard. would need @Sannio to say if it's intentional.

    These are display horses. Each animal specialist (Nob in Owl's Head, Oakley, etc.) have some horses with them that can't be tamed. They're kind of like living signposts to visually promote their roles as animal specialists.

    I don't recall how the Castle Atos cats and chickens are set. I copied them from another town, so their settings are whatever we used for that other place.
