    Details: While on the Overland Map and at the Blood River Massacre scene, the mouse hover over information states no quests:

    This is the actual scene that starts the Path of Truth series of quests and has the Bonesteel Dagger quest item.
    Steps to Reproduce: With a new created character and on the Overland Map, go to the location stated below (which is the location of The Blood River Massacre). Hover mouse over the scene name and observe the scene lists No Quests.

    No, the character did not.

    A new character has no quest given to them to speak to Arabella.

    I believe characters that complete the Path of Love (the default starting storyline) will be told to talk to Arabella when it's over. Or do I misremember? (Also, new characters that talk to Stanley the Guard in Soltown could get a "pointer" task to talk to Arabella. This is a recent addition.)

    Ok then just wondering, if a new created character walks to the Blood River Massacre, and sees no quests available, is that working correctly?

    As far as I know, yes, this works correctly. The avatar should enter a variant of "Blood River Massacre" that is designed for post-tutorial avatars.
