    Title: The Guardian at the West Mansion Gate can end up in combat with factory Workers

    Details: I accidently ran into the factory and then the hostile creatures there started to peruse me, but I then ran out of there, and ran near the Guardian at the West Mansion Gate, who then turned hostile toward the factory creatures. I'm thinking the Guardian's might not be set to the right faction?

    Steps to Reproduce: Enter factory, get hostiles to follow you and go toward the West Mansion Gate. The guardian will turn hostile toward the factory workers, also some of the factory workers will start targeting it as a hostile.

    To me, this is a slightly different bug than the other one.

    The other bug says "(City) Guardians" fight "Factory Guardians" while this one says "(City) Guardians" fight "Factory Workers."

    The factory kobolds have an aggressive faction. The city Guardians have a "guard" faction which essentially means they only attack aggressive NPCs. When the two types meet, they fight. I could switch the city Guardians to have a "friendly to all" faction and they never engage in combat, but I like the fiction that is implied here: The factory kobolds are angry, surly types who will attack anyone coming into their area. Meanwhile, the city Guardians will turn a blind eye to what goes on within factory grounds, but they'll do whatever they have to in order to keep the peace outside the factory, even if they have to break the heads of some factory kobolds.

    Anyway, my fix for the other bug was to change the "Factory Guardian" kobolds to "Factory Steward" kobolds, because I didn't want guardians fighting guardians. I also moved the (City) Guardians away from the factory entrance to minimize how often they interact.

    For this bug, there won't be any change. If the Factory Workers (or Factory Stewards) get too far out of the factory and run afoul with the (City) Guardians, then maybe they'll get a valuable lesson.
