    Details: Wishing well, installed as POT decoration by governor work properly only for owner, for others - only for collect water. By right click nothing happen.

    the wishing well reward (when it gives one) is like the reward from a cornucopia or guidance potion box, or other similar items. the reward can only be gotten once per set amount of time. in order to keep random strangers from taking the reward and leaving the owner with no chance to get it, permission to use the wishing function is limited based on permissions. on a lot, only kindred and above can use it. on pot land, only stewards and the governor can use it.
