For those who wish to know more about our night sky, related lore or just gazing at the stars. Astronomy Night is a one hour 'class' on New Britannia astronomy hosted by Bowen Bloodgood. Subjects covered include primarily the mechanics of the New Britannia sky but can also range from ancient history (aka Ultima lore) to the sieges of the Obsidian Cabalists and the theoretical influences the sky has on New Britannia. Classes will be held at Caer Dracwych from 12:30p to 1:30p NBT (CST). Requests for special times and locations will be considered.
As I am hosting the 3rd Annual Memorial Ball I won't be doing Astronomy today (May 28) as I will need that time to run some errands.
Due to a last minute household emergency, Astronomy will be cancelled today (July 16th). We will be back next week at the posted time.
Sure looks like it doesn't it? Honestly I haven't even been looking lately. Will have to confirm that and fix my astronomy site so I can update it. BTW: On that note.. Astronomy Night will resume at launch.. whether I'm ready or not.
Yeah Orange is behind Daedelus.. where as this appears to be in front. Your picture is a good hour old but its relative position to Daedelus hasn't changed.. so if I were to make an edumacated guess I'd say it's the core of the 2nd moon.. which would technically make it part of Daedelus..
