Maybe some tweaks with the atmosphere? The Bloom is too intrusive, an option to turn off or something to reduce the glow manually, is possible? is affecting the alpha channel, exposing the foliage and other 3D shapes using textures with transparency, like some invisible walls.

You can turn off bloom if you pick a specific graphics level rather than going with auto.
