AUDIO - Craftable & Addon store Fireplaces not connected to audio slider

The craftable and addon store fireplaces still make noise even with all sound sliders turned to 0.

The "Large Ornate Cast Iron Fireplace" is not properly tied to the sound volume controls. The Fireplace is making noise while Master Volume is at 0 or SFX Volume is at 0.

make noise while Master Volume is at 0 or SFX Volume is at 0. SFX of the Fireplaces are not properly tied to the sound volume controls.

This is a known issue from Release 34 but needs to be reviewed again.
