Reproduction Rate:10%?? Not sure if it's the same spawn location guys each time, but I've heard it more than once at the camp given in /loc below
Blocker?No, except for laughing too hard to concentrate
Details: When you're fighting them a few of the bandits (fighter types?) snarl and whine like the wolves. Almost as satisfying as their usual grunts. Can't tell if it's random or associated with just a few of the spawn points.

@hsmckee Add in skellies and spider(!) whining like wolves in Deep Ravenswood, and bandits and spiders again in Grannus Colossus.
