Title: Strange sounds in loading screen

Reproduction Rate: 100% (but only in a specific situation)

Details:
- When loading some scenes, i am noticing some seemingly "random" sound effect being played.
- I can't recall in which specific scenes this happens, but for instance, when you enter Vertas Pass from the Jaanaford side, you can hear everytime the map is loading (when it reaches 50%).

Steps to Reproduce:
- Logon to Jaanaford side
- Enter Vertas Pass from there,
- You will hear a single hammering sound, as if a hammer was flattening a metal sheet.
- It is just a SINGLE sound in each load and only uppon entering, not leaving the scene.
- Check other scenes for the same problems. I frequently visit the following and heard other random sounds, don't recall where: Brittany Wharfs, Hidden Vale, Deep Ravenswood, Owl's Head, Serpent Spine Foothills, Nightshade Pass.

User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16320
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU RAM: 2017
