Avatar could not jump or move when close to a dead falling troll

Details: I was standing next to someone who was fighting troll. The troll dies and fell near me, and then I could not move or jump. I tried blink and did not help. The other player gusted me, and no help. my avatars location changed, but i still could not move or jump. I typed /stuck, the confirmation dialogue popped up and i clicked okay, and then I saw "interrupted" text at the bottom of the screen (as if drink a potion was interrupted) and then the avatar could move (the /stuck did not teleport my avatar to the zone entrance, it just allowed me to move). While in a party in the rise fighting the troll, one of my party member had a similar issue. Perhaps it is related to the troll fall or troll stomp?
