In previous releases our avatar had been centered at the screen horizontally - I liked this very much.
Now he is shifted quite some distance to the left - extremly annoying, I always try to move him to the right...
I want the avatar to be centered again.
(Seems he was moved to not block the new cross-hair - but I want him in the center; can be moved down, but not to the left or right).

This shift also causes camera to go through wall when moving up staircase.

I've been struggling with this too. I hate running "beside" my avatar. I find it the over the shoulder view annoying, but in first person view - I'm hitting walls/doors, falling off stairs and when I run next to a wall the camera is placed inside it.

Glad to see it's already a report :)

It works now like the default setting in Skyrim.
I couldnt adapt and stopped playing until i found a UI Mod to move the camera over my head. Later you could modify the skyrim.ini to accomplish this.
So, please add a slider to move the camera in the desired position.
    Or better 2 slider. Up/Down and Left/Right.

Agreed I prefer the camera to be centered over my character and not off to the side.
