b364 - Guard-Captain Dreyfus does not recognize "Healing Herbs"

The name of the quest item is "Healing Herbs" but when returning with those he does not recognize that.
Instead one needs to write "herb" or "winslow", which isn't intuitive from the Journal entry nor dialog.

Also the Journal entry only designates "Dreyfus mentioned..." instead of the full "Guard-Captain Dreyfus..." which makes the connection where Dreyfus can be found.

Plus he is rather rude, he asks the direct question
"You have the herbs for Winslow?"
if you respond with Yes to that question then he responds with
"I have neither the time nor the inclination to discuss that with you."
Would be better if the "yes" reply would prompt a "Well then, hand them over. Quickly." or something to that effect.

Then, once one gets Winslow's Report, one cannot tell/give that to Dreyfus nor Enmar. While the Journal entry starts by saying
"Winslow's Report To The Owl's Head Guard:"
so the avatar is the only one to get the report and cannot give it to those whom it concerns....

Finally Dreyfus still tries to send the avatar to Lord Enmar for bountys on bandits and undead although Enmar no longer gives them out.

 

Another issue here, when you DO have the herbs and try to give them to Winslow using the phrase "I have your medicine", you get the trade window, but upon completing the transaction, the elixir item is still in your inventory, has turned red, and never actually goes to Winslow.

Relogging results in lost elixir; putting you back to running to Kingsport to attempt to get the herbs again (you can't). Nor can you trigger receipt of the elixir again (being sans herbs).

A slight correction on Lord Enmar - he tells you that he doesn't give the bounty, but that any merchant in town will pay for the items as a bounty. He states he no longer does so himself (suspect a workaround fix as this isn't as elegant as not having various NPCs telling you to go see him about "things to do").

It does seem that trigger phrases are a bit inconsistent and sometimes lead to confusion. Hopefully, this will be polished after the next wipe.
