Barn Owl Pet's wing animations are way too fast

    Details: The Barn Owl beats his wings like a hummingbird, seemingly 10 times per second. He looks like an overactive eggbeater.

    Here's a video of one flying in the Outland for reference.



    Steps to Reproduce:put a Barn Owl on a lot. Leave the lot and come back, so he gets up and flies to you. It's freaken scary.
