Basement question please...

    Do you have to own a house to have a basement?

    Can you just get a basement as long as you have the proper deed?

    I kinda like the basement housing - I've never really seen it in an MMO before and it's kind of unique and I want one LOL :)

    You need to have a lot in order to place a basement.
    No house needed
    Row lots however always has a house.

    The cool thing with basement is that even with row lot size, you already have plenty of space to decorate. With the 5-story basement, you can pretty fit almost everything you need.

    Yes basements are great, but please Dev team we get lost behind the many doors and would love to be able to put sign plates on the doors so we can tell what leads to what.

    At the minimum you can place the notes on the floor for now.
