Basement stairs - Problem placing Wall torches and wall candels

4. Wall torches and wall candles can not be placed anymore on the walls of the 2-story village stone basement stairs with the exception of the walls adjacent to the upper and lower doors. This is especially annoying as the black braziers do not remain illuminated.
