Title: Battle of Solace Bridge / Chat with Edvard doesn't initiate in the right tab with Close-Ups enabled

Reproduction Rate: roughly around 10% (ten percent)
Details:
Chat with Edvard doesn't work even when Conversation Close-Ups has been enabled and ON all the time.
Chat with Edvard doesn't initiate in the right tab when Conversation Close-Ups is enabled and ON.
Chat is opened to the "Tab 1" tab instead of being initiated to the "Edvard the Wanderer" tab.
I uploaded a video (from Build 432) about the bug. The bug starts appearing at 3:10 in the video.
The bug is being repeated for several times during the video between 3:10 and 7:43 but the chat
with Edvard is finally initiated to the right tab at 7:43 after the several failed attempts to chat with him.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Play the game in Offline mode.
2) Open the gate.
3) Pick up the bow from the weapon rack.
4) Try to enter in conversation with Edvard.

User Specs:
