Battle of Solace Bridge starting area - can walk under the water

    Title: Battle of Solace Bridge starting area - can walk under the water

    Details: I can walk under the water, and i don't start swimming until after i am completely submerged (so i swim well below the water surface). Also, when walking in the water, the footstep sounds still sound like I am walking on land. see pics
    Steps to Reproduce: go in water
    User Specs:
