Title: Battle of Solace Bridge / You get stuck in Solace, if Charlotte dies on the bridge

Details:
If you let undead to kill Charlotte on the bridge, it breaks the quest:
Edvard doesnt't give you Edvard's Notes on Solace Bridge and you are unable to take the boat.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start a new game in Offline mode
2) Choose "Love" as your starter path
3) Go to get Charlotte from the burning building
4) Lure Charlotte in the middle of the bridge
5) Run to water and swim to under the bridge or walk/jump onto the wall of the bridge
6) Let undead beat Charlotte to death
7) Go to take a weapon from the weapon rack and kill all the undead with Edvard
8) Ask from Edvard about "boat"
9) Try to ask from Edvard about "Stanley" and "a favor to ask you" and try to take the boat

The "Summon Charlotte Gray" whistle disappears from the inventory after Charlette dies on the bridge.
