Bear animation issue

    Details: 55.2, 26.4, -67.9 - There is a spot where these NPC bears glitch and twitch between being on the ground and at the top of the screen. You may need to lour them around this spot but when you see it you'll know. There is a second spot at: 12.1, 29.4, -90.8, third spot with wolves: 92.9, 6.3, 183.2, 4th spot bear at 268.9, 26.5, 243.5
