Belt of dedicated - loses durability way faster than other gear

    Title: Belt of dedicated - loses durability way faster than other gear

    Details: I have a belt of the dedicated (common) equipped, and it loses durability far faster than any other item i have equipped. I had to repair the belt (with essences) several times, and during that same time period my other artifact armor did not require any repairs. I think this belt (and maybe others?) is not applying durability correctly (or perhaps not applying the durability effectiveness bonuses correctly).
