Benefactors polearm weapon just disappeared ---

4. Details: My benefactor polearm just disappeared, ( I think it was after I was resurrected at ancke at bottom of the Hilt in the chapel ( where the ghost are ).. I was being attacked by archers then died then resurrected then tried to fight ghost and that's when I noticed that I had no more weapon..
   
5. Steps to Reproduce:Unknown ( How ever something similar happened to a guild member as he lost all his gear )

NOTE: Its not showing in the Character sheet nor is it broken in my Inventory..

Update.. I recalled home and lo and behold my polearm is back... so exiting the scene brought back my polearm.. However its still an issue was I should not have lost it to begin with...
