Bizarre "fog bank" feature on POT template

    Title: Bizarre "fog bank" feature on POT template
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    • Feature is new to QA320.
    • I can walk right through it no problem.
    • Stretches a considerable distance across the corner of the map
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Visit any POT (I tested my Forest Template, and a nearby Swamp Template, both have the issue)
    2. Head to the below mentioned location
    3. Observe the "Mist"
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2700K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 8110
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.320.Date.01.26.16
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_01_template
    Loc: (448.8, 75.0, -325.0)

    Addendum: Appears to be affecting the Overworld Map scene as well, so not just POT related.

    @Duke Raas We actually discovered the issue. It involves the new weather system. What you're observing is the edge of the weather sphere. Working on resolving it now.
