[Blacksmithing Station] Unclear formulation

After todays patch: If you put for example a dagger into the station with the intention to salvage it and a rusty axe (which is not salvagable here) it says: There was a problem - try again later. If you put the rusty axe itself in the station the Salvage-Button stays greyed out. The check-routine should ignore not salvagable items and salvage only the correct items. The unchanged rest should be handed back.
