Blade School overshadowing other melee options.

    I don't think any magic attacks with a casting time ever miss, but it's impossible to tell currently with the log file not showing misses for non-melee attacks (including all ranged magic attacks).

    I have tested dodge against air elementals extensively (they chain cast discharge), and have never seen my character dodge. But that's by no means a holistic test. :)

    Aye, I agree. Dev team says this is ahead but not a priority. But I really wished we could learn more about the choices ahead of R32. It might affect post-wipe character path choices.

    It is intended to, but have not tested in PvP. It's essentially supposed to make lighter armor a better choice for magic defense
