Blessing fountains and statues... player owned.

As seen in some other mmo's, statues or fountains that you can touch or walk past and get some sort of magic temporary buff/blessing. How about placing one of these in front of player housing like a vendor, imagine having a blessing fountain that if player toss in a nominal amount of coin they could get a small buff for an hour or so. The fountain could be charged with the a certain amount of blessing based on the appropriate number of reagents placed in it by the owner. The owner could earn a little coin tax would be taxed of course.

This could be a fountain for blessings or guild donation box or any number of other ways to use it.
