    Details:Upon zoning, the fishing bait recovery buff disappears
    Steps to Reproduce: Get blessing, zone.

    This is also happening to me as well.

    Getting the blessing, then logging out. When logging back in the bait recovery is missing from the description. It still shows the +5 Magic Resistance.

    Edit: actually, even zoning to a new area causes the bait recovery to disappear from the blessing description.

    Guess you have to stay in town to fish...
