Blessing of Skill Double Buff

    Title: Blessing of Skill Double Buff
    Reproduction Rate: 100% with multiple players
    Blocker? none
    Details: if you are in Middle Downs (we did this in party mode) we unlocked the devotional. Then went to multi and back to party and was able to get the buff a second time by jumping on the mound again. We had two +5 AL active from this mound at the same time for a +10AL total. Is this meant to be this way, to get a double buff?
    Steps to Reproduce: had 5 other guildies try and happened to each
