Blinding shot -> Casting interrupt?

    Now that it's possible to interrupt NPC spell casters with some attacks (There is no information on how), I would hope it involves things like blinding shot (kind of hard for the magic user to hit me with a fire arrow when blind, etc), which would make this shot something archers would want in rotation.

    I'll talk w/ Chris in detail about interruption. I believe it's just connected to stun and death atm.
