Blocker: No Wandering Bard Dialog at SB

    Not getting any dialog response from the Wandering Bard at Solace Bridge today. I started up a new R29 character, followed the path of love, beamed into the scene, targeted the bard with the new cursor, and get no response. I hit control to get a cursor and clicked/double clicked him with the same result.
