Blood bay - water spouts don't work (no super jump)

    Title: Blood bay - water spouts don't seem to work
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: these water spouts are supposed to allow you to jump super high, but they do not seem to work. I tested multiple locations in blood bay, and none of them work. Some of the locations are listed below.
