Blood River and Solace Bridge Battles not working properly

On another account I started weeks ago I started an avatar in Highvale. Worked fine. Went to Solace Bridge Battle and it was not working. Same with Blood River. Although at Blood I did get the bonesteel daggar but totally missing the entire battle scenarios there. In the past if you had never gone in the first initial experience is of them in flames and such. Kinda kills the mood before moving to the outskirts. If this is intentional it should be reverted back.
