    Title: Blood River Heirlooms
    Reproduction Rate: 1/1
    Blocker? No
    Details: Vinicius says they're looking for multiple heirlooms, but will only accept the first one. However, additional heirloom still show up as yellow quest items, even though she won't take them.

    Steps to Reproduce: Kill enough vigilantes to collect multiple heirlooms, return to Vinicius in camp, try to turn them in.
