The axe disappeared but did not enter my inventory. Area: Blood River Massacre (Novia_R7_Forest01_Bloodriver/WithTutorial) Loc: (-80.0, 54.1, 53.7) (Edit: I found the axe, it was equipped automatically and I overlooked it when I first checked my inventory)

check and see if you equipped it. if it's a weapon axe it'll be on your paperdoll, but if it's a crafting axe it'll be in a box on the forestry section of your crafting skill tree.
