Blood River: No quest to go to Blood River Outskirts

    Title: Blood River: No quest to go to Blood River Outskirts
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? yes
    Details: I reset my quest status in R52, met Arabella in Aerie and was instructed to go to Solace Bridge, Highvale and Blood River. When I embarked on the Paths of Courage and Love I was instructed to go to Highvale Outskirts and Solace Bridge Outskirts respectively. In Blood River I get no instructions to go to Blood River Outskirts. Robert Villines only gives me the dagger to take to Aerie.
