    Okay, so I checked and it turns out the item is bugged. I just fixed it so it will be placeable after the next patch/update. Same goes for the "possibly fake" elf skull and SPOILERS BELOW:




















    Eye of Naturamans and the Hand of Naturamans.

    I was able to put it in a chest a few days ago, then after I accidentally E-keyed that chest, I found that it got changed to inventory-only. Good to hear that it will be fixed to be deco.
