    Blocker?
    Details: Came up to the Abandoned Watch Tower, saw an NPC named Ripley in front, my bird immediately went nuts and killed her before I could dismiss. Flashback to the cats in Highvale, faction problems?

    Er never mind? She respawned and went right for me. I have no idea what quest line she is associated with. Hmm, there's a tower guard too. The tower guard had generic vigilante dialog.

    If there's a quest associated with this, it would be nice if they at least said something when attacking me.

    Same here.... but sometimes instead of the female "Ripley" it's a hammer wielding dude named "Anvil", and they both aggro on sight. Can't seem to find a quest involving either of them.
