Blood River SP feedback (Spoilers)

Started on the Path of Truth as a Mage Fighter, Actually enjoying the game at the moment, The area is very challenging for a beginner, I have done most of the Quests just looking for the Spiders Lair now, Must be 2 hours in which is a lot of game play for one area!

I would prefer in SP offline for all enemies to stay dead as constant re-spawning mobs makes progress tiresome for a single player games.
Can only give items one at a time to quest givers, The Heirloom and Wine.
I already got into the Renegade elf camp before I obtained the 2nd note.
Heirloom still dropping after Quest completion.
Psilocybin Lair again everything re-spawns, no sense of accomplishment for single player story.

This is my first Offline venture and I have to say it's been fairly good so far, shaping up to be a massive undertaking if you have this much game play in every area?

@Miganarchine there is no speak of one heieloom, the elves speak of heirlooms and wine bottles - so you can give more than one after another (only one per trade)

 

Bonesteel dagger quest says go north to Aerie when it's south.
