Blood splats at entrance to Battle of Solace Bridge are artifacty

    Testing in SP due to not being able to get on MP at the moment.

    The tiny blood splats at the edge of the big blood patches on the horse and ground get all wobbly/jumpy at a distance. I'm on Best video settings getting 60FPS.


    Steps to Reproduce: Go to battle of solace bridge and run toward the blood splats from a distance, with camera behind, not above, character.
