Bloodriver rowboats still circumnavigating the globe

    When starting in Bloodriver, getting in the rowboat sends you around the world to Soltown, instead of down the river.

    Details: When playing in both Online and Offline modes, my character starts in Bloodriver. He is informed to get on the rowboat to go downriver, and then make his way to Aerie. However, he does not end up down the river, nor anwhere near Aerie. He ends up in Soltown, which is on the opposite side of the continent.

    Steps to Reproduce: Start a new character. Choose to be a mage.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz (8) System RAM: 32768mb
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB
    Area: Bloodriver -> Soltown

    That quest line is under construction, and has not been finalized, so this isn't really a bug, they have this on their major top priority to do list.
    Originally they put the shortcut to soltown so you could start as a mage with mage skills, then skip to the path of love quests that are working instead of the under construction content
