Bludgeon Skills Broken?

The was already on going for the last 5 releases..But Chris Did mention its suppose to Hit 2 Targets

    Break Weapon - Hits 1 Target
    Break Armor - Hits 1 Target
    Crushing Blow - Hits 1 Target with Super high Focus

    Are these skills are working as intended?

    They just patched (build 818) to make them all hit 2 targets!!!! :)

    EDIT: Except they didnt update any of the skill descriptions and crushing blow is still only hitting 1 target
