Blue flame standing lamps removed?

The book sellers had these before. Are they gone?

 

Several of us have been searching for these and have not found them post-wipe.

 

Thanks for asking this, I wanted to ask but assumed it was buried in a patch release note thread somewhere in the past.

I suppose they could be craftable now, but apparently no one knows the recipie. There is a room in my house standing incomplete as it requires these exact torches!

I did, however, find the yellow-flame variety in someone's home recently. So those exist in some form, either NPC bought somewhere or craftable. I have yet to see my oh so favorite blue flame torches since pre R32.
