Body Slam Charge-up

4. Details: Body Slam can't be charged like other abilities unless a target is within range. Also if you are already charging up and a target leaves range (which isn't very far) than it cancels the charge-up. This is terribly annoying and makes using strategic Body Slams difficult.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Try charging Body Slam up without a target in range, Or charge Body Slam next to an archer or mage and watch it get canceled when target leaves the short range of the skill.
6. User Specs: MSi GT72S 6QE Dominator Pro G

This skill should work the same as other skills and be able to be charged up at any time. If I release the charge and there's no target in range, then it makes sense that it would be wasted just like any other skill, but I should be able to charge it up at any time.
