Book Title Still Too Short

    With all the functionality still ~hopefully~ to be implemented in books, the one annoyance (among many) that is really pressing is the length of the book title. I know the technical reasons, so no need to quote me those.

    This is the one line to indicate to a purchaser what the book is... and if the books is part of a series (The Unreliable Travel Guide, e.g.), they need to know that and some extra info identifying the specific one of the series, and the particular story. (They all can't be included because of book length limits, grrr)

    Unfortunately the book title may have to become a series of abbreviations requiring another guide to untangle.

    My current plan is to use a title page.. but I agree having to abbreviate names is annoying.

    I agree. I have an ongoing series and, like @Bowen Bloodgood, I'm using a title page. However, when a customer/potential reader mouses over the book all they see is whatever information we can squeeze into the title.
