Borderless Fullscreen dual monitor bug on launcher screen

I have a dual monitor setup, with my primary monitor running at 2560x1440 and my secondary monitor running at 1200x1920 (portrait mode). When I try to launch the game in Borderless Fullscreen mode, it looks like the screenshot linked here:

There is no way to click the Play button to continue to the next screen because it is not on the display area for my monitor(s). I have to hit Alt-Enter to switch to full-screen mode, which resets everything to full screen on my primary monitor only. Then I can click the Play button. Once I get to the menu screen, I can hit Alt-Enter again to switch back to Borderless Fullscreen mode and it works fine from then on and shows only on the primary monitor. I just can't get past the initial splash screen without going to Fullscreen mode first.
